Mets strike first care of a Dustin Pedroia HR in the bottom of the first. SF retaliates
quickly with two runs in the top of the second. The Giants add one more in the fourth
and another run in the sixth to chase Halladay early. The Giants bullpen does the rest
as they take game 1 by a score of 4-2. Darwin Barney (a part of the package for Cabrera
last year) goes 2 for 3 with 3 RBI in the victory.
